Srin Posted May 11, 2020 Report Posted May 11, 2020 Haleem recipe for 4 people Ingredients: 450 grams meat and 200 grams bone Masala Garam masala dry ( cinnamon, cardimom, clove, pepper with tail, normal pepper, sajeera, star anise , javitri,mirchi powder and turmeric powder. Fried onion Gram Mix Wheat rava ( one cup) basmati rice (half cup) Split Yellow Pea ( 2 spoons)Split Mung (2 spoons) Skinless Urad (2 spoons)Orange Lentil (2 spoons) Except rava blend everything and mix with rava and soak for 2 hours Method: Add ghee about 2 1/2 cups , fry onion until golden brown and keep it aside. ( keep the ghee aside for later use) To the same bowl Add green chili , cilantro, mint, dry masala, salt ,mutton, 13 cups of water and boil in the cooker for one hour. Once the pressure is gone check if the meat is coming apart from bone. Separate the meat in a bowl and pound until it becomes paste Add the remaining water to the meat , soaked grain mix , friend onion and mix everything well and pound for 30 to 45 mins on the medium flame until you see the haleem consistency (semi paste) Add fried cashew , rose petals dry , fried onion seal the container and keep it on dum for about 15 mins Serve the haleem with egg , cilantro , mint, fried onion and fried cashew 1 Quote
