I am against replacing locals jobs with non-local people uncle. H1b is not intended for that.

How do you feel , if a person from Nepal/Bangladesh comes and takeover your dad’s/brother job back in India and make him unemployed? They cont even relocate to other places as they born and brought up and living in same place forever. It’s the same thing bro. Locals should be prioritized unless they can’t find the resource who can do that job.

Does the companies like google, apple, microsoft or any other company that hires h1b as a fulltime employee willfully exploit? No right?. Even if they exploit, its not to the extent of this witch companies.  The main reason for this exploitation is that genuine companies make money on their product. Witch companies make money on employee (a product for them).

Atleast witch’s are getting hit by denials kada. This is better than few years, before free flow visa’s to them. Entha capatlist economy ayina, Ae country ki Ayna prime responsibility is to protect natives interest a kada. Change will happen it maybe delayed/slow but it will bound it happen. Restrictions were not hard 10 years before compared to now.
