autism is something where a person  finds happiness on doing things he likes not the ones his parents likes or want him to do.

  • @terminator_desi which state are you in ? If you are in USA then this is the best place to get all the support you need for the kid. There are lot of state sponsored institutes, you need to

they might be gifted with other abilities and try to find out that and encourage them doing it.  also treat them as normal kids some will definitely change in later years.

If the kid is diagnosed with Autism, sending to India will not help and you are loosing the valuable time. Please start the therapies ASAP as it would take 3- 4 months for the insurance and to have fulltime therapy. Please ignore people suggesting take the kid India. Especially there are no ABA therapies in Europe and they dont support in schools there. If you child is in USA. this is BEST.

Based on personnel experience.

Boss

Austism has three major components- behavioural, social and communication

TS said he is academically good so he falls on less severe spectrum

Social interaction and communication definitely India la better untai than living between 4 walls and iPad iPhones for most of the time in USA

4 years is a little late to go to India but still works I feel

Why nobody diagnosed before 4 years ????

Its very easy for people other than parents to identify illness it’s very mild

Looks like every Indian couple need a chart at their home in USA

4 years ki it becomes obvious

mild cases are ok ...no need to go anywhere

you can stay at USA and they can get better with therapies alone

But if you can diagnose by 24-36 months , best is India I feel
