Grants are basically decided based on eligibility, like 5 years after PhD, you can't apply for some grants. 10 years after PhD you can't apply for young faculty grants. So, women are at a disadvantage because if they take an year off and still have to compete with men for the same grants. While men past 40 can still bear kids if they wanted to.

Society can survive a few decades of lack of innovation from its geniuses like you.

But it can't survive if these lazy people can't consume. The chaos would eat up the society in a couple weeks

So may be first prove that corporations dont need to keep expanding their market share to be considered somewhat successful. That's not how economy is built.
