Develops Our People - you need to train your junior guys or conduct some sessions about new technology (like lunch and learn...etc) Drives Value for Clients - find the gap , do some initiative to fill the gap (process improvements..etc) Works As A Partner -basic stuff...act as team player Champions Progress - i dont know what it is Delivers Results - your regular deliverable or daily job... But i am curious what is the hidden reason and how do we answer our goals. Day - day things lo and project discussion ye kakunda how far are these helpful and to whome ani .. manager ki telustundhi kadha vadu eam work assign chestunado memebers and how they are performing if there is no isue with an inividual.
