Full timers or anyone .. how do you define yur goals.. yee funda yemito koncham explain cheyandi ... not like aasalu teliyadhi ani kaddhu .. but say if we have certain thing to do telisthe avi rayochu .. asalu ay to day eami issue vasthayo teliyadhu and mostly maa team lo support kind of role lo panee vundadhu .. inka maa manager folowing terms use chesi tana goals rastunna ani pamputadu teammothaniki .. so want to know aasalu yee goals use and purpose yenti .. ofcouse one on one velinapudu manachepevi indulo vundevi aasalu yematram matching vundavuu ..

Works As A Partner  

Champions Progress  

Delivers Results

as per my understanding..may be i might wrong also...

 

Develops Our People  

- you need to train your junior guys or conduct some sessions about new technology (like lunch and learn...etc)

Drives Value for Clients 

- find the gap , do some initiative to fill the gap (process improvements..etc)

Works As A Partner  

-basic stuff...act as team player

Champions Progress  

- i dont know what it is

Delivers Results  

- your regular deliverable or daily job...

 thank you dasari .. ye word meaning ani kadhu, maa manager tanu ala rasukunna ani pmapadu anthe. But i am  curious what is the hidden reason and how do we answer our goals. Day - day things lo  and project discussion ye kakunda how far are these helpful and to whome ani .. manager ki telustundhi kadha vadu eam work assign chestunado memebers and how they are performing if there is no isue with an inividual.

Individual goals assign chesi over all ga we are making the world a better place ane pedda vyasam rastadu anthe.

Adhi rayatanaki evi sub headings la upayogapadatayi.

ok .. adhey rayali ante dani gurinchi telisthe rayochu sairgaa ani .. maa varu eami rasina Consistently progrssing or so ani pedatadu .. contracting lo yevevi leevu so full tim ekabatii yevanni
