Many people sell products on Facebook business page with business name etc.

For example Desidress123 dot com Ani Facebook page vundanukindham..can they just sell dress regularly while on h1b ?

They don't generate taxes on your product nor the invoice bill , just money transfer

 

Isn't it that illegal ?

No I want to know the legal laws they break.

One after one..it might help.

I don't run any illegal business..but want to know list of laws they break by selling a product through Facebook messages and WhatsApp messages with a brand name to their business..

 

Not like I have dress you pay me 15$ ..that is market place exchange..

don't think you need a license if you sell one or two products

if you are selling with a companyname make sure you have a license... facebook or ebay
