Ibrahimpatnam is 10 to 15 km away from bonguloor/Adhibatla/ORR.

Adhibatla kante Rampally/pochram is like closer towards city. So compare chesukunte, Rampally/Pocharam lo current rates are reasonable. 

Manikonda lo 70 to 85K per sq yard, bore esthey mana luck 50% changes, ground water motham dried up. Half of manikonda ku Manjeera water/municipal water facility ledu.

Kukatpally/KPHB/Nizampet, pragathi nagar, miyapur chandanagar ayithe 70K to 130K per yard, picha crowd,  kukatpally lo 60 yards lo 4 floors constructed houses, 25 people living , water problem severe ga undhi konni areas lo,  other places lo with in short time severe problem start avvochu.

already kattina house, new or old, edhi ayina aa rate thakkuva bro, 55-60 is very very reasonable price, infact lowest in Hyd.

But depends on area, Rampally ante towards Keesara side kuda stretch ayi undhi, akkada vasthademo 60L ki 160 lo house.

biggest headache is litigations with buying plots. home aithe konchem safe. so, multiple things running in mind.
