Bro, not sure about pocharam rates, but rampally is a developing place and good investment destination. Its 5 kms from ECIL and close to expressway I own a plot there and made really good returns

I bought 300sq.yds in March 2020 for 13.5k/sq.yrd by verifying the documents through a legal lawyer and got LRC too..

as mentioned you will have to buy through direct owners and not in a gated community

Its very close to DMart warehouse and 300 mts away from C Kalyan's huge plot on Patancheru main road. Right opposite supreme agro in patancheru..google cheyyi supreme agro patancheru..

Bro nuvvu konna area is not at all feasible for residential area...it used to be an industrial area...if it is for investment purposes it is ok...otherwise pedha biscuit bro...may be it suits your purposes...but it is not for residential purpose...if you go towards muthangi and chitkul...neeku manchi residential area lo kavalantey you have to pay more otherwise it is futile...

  • MMTS services opening at Ghatkesar, can travel to Sec-bad(railway station), Begumpet, Hitech city, I think Sanathnager, Medchal ku kuda linked anukunta MMTS route

Yes this is industrial area...UltraTech cement factory undi but it is getting closed soon as a school was opened recently there..

Agree you can't live there immediately and I bought it only for investment purpose and planning to sell it off in 2-3 years..

aa area lo cement factory undadam valla rates are cheap but that factory has to be moved...even if not prices perugutayi anipinchi konna as its literally right next to ORR
