I think it depends on the numbers. Nenu masters chesetappudu, majority of my friends and roomates are from TS. They used to make fun of my accent.  

As far as i am concerned, It is a turn off for me with a girl with strong TS accent (northern TS such as Warangal, Karminagar etc). Not just TS slang but some Andhra Slangs are turn off for me too.
