Primarily in the central and north of Nepal. Govt also feeds the same narrative. It is much easier to say this than to explain why they are where they are in terms of development. They should also be asked when they would give representation to the Madhesis(the people in plains) Any other country like Nepal with such free access to a market like India should not be where they are today 1 Quote
