Forget about Spiller over, for this year 25K visas are surplus in EB it selves due to EO order and unable to utilize due to USCIS processing issues. This was confirmed by Charlie O who is head of these bulletin dept..he mentioned these many will be wasted or unused..

Don't expect magical movement. May touch at max 2009 End or early 2010 after all these so called spill overs etc..

Can anyone elaborate how the PD almost touched 2010 in 2012? Effect of spillover or miscalculation?

Once they move eb3 , people will downgrade. 

Eventually eb2 and eb3 will move at almost same pace with upgrades and downgrades circus

EB2 year motham kante July ki at least 3 weeks move ayyindi. Of course some one can mock like adi kuda oka move na ani. But thing is antha mundu just 3days 5 days move ayyevi. Adi compare chesthe big move ne. Something is there for sure.

Those times are different, no filing dates. Rapid movements..but now they can see wht is demand, also now for various reasons agency's are not freindly as before.

Simple they just don't want to move when demand in front of them and for political reasons..no offense if some one says beyond 2010, then they are day dreaming living in fools paradise..
