She is the one asking him to file for divorce. Why should he file for divorce when she can do it herself? Peace of mind for everybody that way. she married him just cos for her father, for those caste sh!t stuff, that they both belong to same caste. her dad also said after couple years do whatever you want to, like take a divorce and live your life etc., but for now just cos of society bs he asked her to do this marriage, she kind of agreed, we dont know what plans she has going in her,,but for now she agreed for marriage even tho she never liked it and not interested. Now marriage was done, on day of first night she clearly told i dont like you or this marriage. This is the time for the boy to quit which he never did, perhaps thinking she might or could change her mind or whatever those positive things going in his mind then... stupid guy, he should have called off the same day and seperate and divorce, instead he brought her expensive gifts, took her out to expensive dates etc etc, and it only became worst of all,, He should have had QUIT the fuk out. Have a good weekend. She can make him quit by filing for divorce and not file for domestic violence, rape and dowry harrasment. Very different things. In what world does it justify those cases? She can go to the lawyer and say what happened and ask for a divorce herself, but where did she go? The police station. She went to the police station because she can extort money. She took the jewelry because those things have monetary value. A simple divorce case from her side can make him quit instead of a police case. Quote
