Bro, @USCIS follow as per rules. Rules are made in congress.Officers won’t intentionally reject/cancel your immigration benefit. Regarding the GC’s , for EB’s are given based on country cap. For Family based , no one can stop you from getting the GC (unless you have very bad record)Speak with gujju uncles or someone married to citizen. Even you can sue USCIS if they are not adjudicating the case as per processing time, that’s the power of FB sponsorship.
