I don't know if they even have a fast computer to fast forward the drug discovery process. lol. 

They already have a contact with AstraZeneca and the mass producer for them is Serum institute of India in Pune. The company has already started mass production under the revised ICMR/WHO guidelines and can bring in atleast 50 million doses in the first week after approval according to the news reports. The target is to have 400 million doses of the vaccine by this yearend. 40% of this would be moved to US/UK and 60% is promised for Africa/India etc.
