As long as a widow is not causing any in convenience to others, not causing any harm to others, her lifestyle choices (dressing, relations) can be her personal choice and basic human right kadha bro! 
restricting dressing, and other rights of a widow not only causing discrimination, pain and trauma to her but also its a violation of human rights!

You cant justify human rights in India vs other countries.

If you have your own daughter or any one daughter if she comes late to home and say human rights will u agree?

Its ok to be prositute in some states and others not.

So you cant makes rules across the world same.

In saudi and all a men and women roaming outside without their parents consent is a crime.
