I think the agreement is too vague and not worded properly in regards to timeframe of the project .

Otherwise media will be showcasing the strong points of the agreement everyday .

 As long the word capital is there they can get away with delaying it and paying kaulu .

we cant take them back as govt took them and they didnt even give plots..

govt will take 75% of land forever and promised to give 25 percent. now if its not developed, why do we need 25 percent land

Endhuku possible kadhu ? 95% of the land is empty . You can check the latest Google Earth pictures . There isn't even roads outside the three villages only some dirt roads . 

But there are legal roadblocks to returning land , some kind of consensus needs to be reached before any modifications can happen to original  plan

vaadi kadupu nindindhi.. farmers lost livelihood and 75 percent land too, so dont come up with sentiment scenes
