Are you not in favour of taking entire land back as it was back then ? Like 3 acres farm in your case  With functional canal systems . 

If government fails to deliver , you have this option to negotiate right ? Give our lands back or develop it

Why not , in any land acquisition or pooling scheme if government fails to use it for purpose . Then it is our right to take back any unused land.

As of now 90% of the work is done in only 3 villages , most of the agitations are in those place only
