If you really like someone, and they are not from India, would you have a problem marrying them? Or should I say can you convince your family to marry them?

I don't disagree. Just that as more and more people migrate to this country, the incentive to marry within the community increases  However, since mixed race marriages of Indians with other races are increasing, it suggests that people are in general being more open about mixed race marriages.
