ie concept of quarantine and tracing anedi oka failed concept. more and more reports suggests it spreads by air.

if you think by testing and quarantine, spread will stop...then the thing is that by the time a person gets tested, he has already spread the virus everywhere and effectiveness of quarantine is very low...

Tests are Irrelevant  at this stage as they are not  controlling the spread ..

Overall Being in Big City Hyderabad will have more RIsk ,Less Standard of Health

yet some Ultra Rich/Politicians  can get Great Services in Hyderabad too

With density of population, if you think spreading is less because someone got tested and quarantined, Yes you are right at least theoretically. One person is tested and quarantined but 10’s of people around him have already been carrying this virus for a while...Now you want to catch hold of those 10 and quanta time but what about hundreds of others ? 
 

The effectiveness of quarantine and trace is as good as 1% but effort going into such a useless thing is very high, the same should be spent to improve quality health care for seriously ill patients, Atleast a life can be saved.

AP did more testing and tracing than any other state in India and did extensive testing for the first three months..

And now, AP is reporting 10k cases per day, a clear case that tracing and quarantine will not work in country like India.

Ma village lo testing ki 1 week try cheste, 70 samples teesukellaru .. one fine day. Its definitely not happening within 1 hour  These are not people with severe symptoms though 

1 Hr testing is Rapid Antigen test this is bit less reliable and can get result in around 30 mins - 1 hr..

Others are Swab tests (RT-PCR) this is more reliable in terms of results this is bit consuming may be result could come late on same day or next day..

Metta medhaavi cheppinattu cheyyali antha testing is not treatment so testlu aapeyyali, tracing is not possible as everything is open so govt should not try to do tracing as reducing is not treatment.
