If there is a weekend I won't have to work, that's a rarity. The way I deal with working odd hours is only with support from the people who I live with. Remember that the people that you live with make a lot of sacrifices for you and your career, so don't put out your frustrations to them. Also, don't think of extra work as burden. Since it's work from home, you can pace the hours your work, for instance if your wife has to cook/bake/do household chores, work during those hours so you can spend other times with them. If you're watching a movie together, work on things you don't need to concentrate on during those times.
