lot of us stop interviewing once we get job. Thats biggest prob. U just need to keep interviewing even if u dont want to move. Thats the only solition in my opinion.  Yearly atleast 4 offers ravali ani naaku nenu 5 yrs back rule pettukunna. And i am following it so far. Ee year break ayyela undi.

I regret not doing that bro..ippudu interview iddam antene bayam vestadi even though i think i am technically strong..I am not good in terms of interview though..

In my opinion... screw the framework related questions. Just prepare algos & ds.

atleast in bay area, even start ups are asking only algos, ds and design question. No framework or specific tech related questions
