i think they want to convey through seetha's character that a wife should be loyal to her husband and should prove her loyalty if husband doesn't trust her.. i have my issues with that but again, eppudo rasina book kada.. progressive values undavu andulo.. so can't hold them to that

Chauvinist kadu, because he wrote how Rama loves Seeta a lot, and even respects her. But I don't understand why Rama likes Seeta, because all that Valmiki describes about Seeta is that she is pretty, daniki minchi character arc ivvaledu. So Ramuduki Seeta andam nachindani anukovala?

Seeta la loyal ga chalamandi untaaru, andamga kuda untaru. IMO Valmiki potrayed Seeta as a damsel in distress, what should women learn from it? To depend on their husbands?
