(This is not a lot but good food to ingest in the mrng) on my cheat days I eat 2 boiled egg whites and cooked broccoli without oil and salt. mid-day - some buttermilk with 3 spoons millets. (Sometimes I skip this) dinner- not a whole lamb 😹 but roti, 2-3 veggies and millets or any meats. (This I eat to my stomach full) by 8 my dinner is done and I sleep at 11. in btween I manage 4L of water and finish my core workout before dinner. I also take keto pilla to supress my hunger and burn fat . (Recently started this so chudali em result vasthundo) 1 Quote

Insulin spike ayi spoil aitadi. Also eat good protein and fat for one meal Quote
