1) The length of your ID First comes in picture 

2) The number of votes and recognition comes in picture

4) Since moderators are too humans and can't afford monitering every minute 

they should recognize senior members with little moderation authority. 

5) If one reply is bad, dont delete whole thread, delete only irrelevant content if possible, 

threads ni edit cheyatam nerchukondi complete delete happens ante actual post wrong aythy. 

6) Its hard to control people feelings to stop posting abusive content, open another room called 

Adult discussion board and leave it to them, no body cares but this discussion board should be decent since 

women are also here and most of the adult discussion is about women it appears worst for them, 

decent women evaru raru if we keep allowing this junk.

Yes my father never said don't have gf ,have only if ur serious abt relationship nd ur are capable of maintaining her,that made sense to me

I only smoked 7 cigarettes in my life during inter and after I quit, I told my father after smoking each one ,my father took promise with me abt drinking and smoking ,if u do these should tell me ani 

So he never said don't smoke ,he told me only abt ill effects caused by it
