I left the home for 3 months in early 2019.. In front of my father and her father. Both my father and me left the home. But no use.. I saw the kids in school, I can't bare that torture.. She asked me to come back will file a case.. But not interested again

Deal with it. you might get help. Never run away from your responsibilities.

other options might look convenient and easy but being responsible is the right thing to do.

Be that father whom your sons might look up to.

Do you and your wife love each other still? yes ante, take a break from whatever you are doing, go on a vacation and sort out your financial problems in a matured manner. talk to her and both come up with a plan. A lot of problems are solved easily if wife and husband think/act as one unit and not like two separate entities

paisal poyyayi anuko inka, waste of time and going after them will only give you more headaches. both her parents are no more, cut all relations with that brother in law too and live happily with your family. 

if you guys dont love each other anymore, then better to get separated. (again not easy, lot of headaches, court cases for divorce in India if both parties are not willing to go ahead)
