Depends on how you look at it and your personal situation. 

 

For me, I bought a house in 2016 with 20% down payment. I am refinancing now and getting my 20% back. 

Price of the house improved and so I am good.

Not much luckily. I think we have to go for exterior painting this year or next.

Exact prices gurthu Levi. Rough gaa living room ki 2k, dinning table & chairs ki 1k, master bedroom 2-3k ayyi untadhi. 2nd bed room lo day bed vesa 500 anukunta. 3re bedroom lo office table & chair vesukunna. 

I am still using most of them.
