Shipping okkate kaadhu bro. Avanni shopping cheyali and fix cheyali. It is not doing appu, it is just managing finances anthe. You can take that money and invest instead of paying lump sum amounts.

It depends on how u take it. Buying home is big commitment specially when it's ur first home. In my opinion okka 1-2 yrs koncham jagrathaga undali.
