yes , Intent to proceed ante nuvvu loan process start cheyamani cheppinatte vallaki so they may have some non refundable third party fees like apprisal fees etc , naa knowledge limited on these cancel fees but nuvvu submit chese tappudu disclaimers etc lo undi undali ivi anni

also , title fee came at the end of the process for me so not sure why it is charged when you are not willing to go ahead with loan , call and talk to them man , calm and clear ga adugu questions anni
