joint pains not part of symptoms right?

my cousin is suffering from something..

3 days back he complained of joint pains.. then he had fever the same day.. night paracetemol eskuni padukunnadu.. next 2 days he was fine..

again today night he was down with fever again.. he was weak all day.. no chali, no shiverings, no muscle aches, he has cold, but no cough, congestion..

 covid19 emo ani tega tension padutnnadu.. its not a sign ra worry avaku anna he is very worried.. 

already 2 times RAPID tests cheinchu kunnadu last 3 weeks lo..

repu malli veltadanta.. I doubt its something different.. joint pains are not part of covid19 kada?

unless covid19 ledani clear aithe kani doctor chudaremo kada? ento ee covid19 daridram..

Instead of rapid test ask him to take RT-PCR test... 

Rapid Antigen aren't so reliable..

Also ask to consult regular doctor first.

Most likely emundadu but ask him to consult a doctor. 2 days naku cold laga anipistene i was so scared and didnt come out of my room to not be carrier.  Bhayam untundi in these times.

during a pandemic first thing is to rule out the ongoing disease in general population ..

then go for further investigation ...

if it's not covid .. it sounds like an immunological disorder ..
