Joint pains and Muscle pains are different.

Muscles pains are the symptoms of flu, or normal fever or covid-19, 20, etc., 

Joint paint are related to arthritis. Can be acute arthritis due to certain foods and inactivity. Example excessive tomatoes due the lockdown and inactivity causes joint pains even in people in 20s. Fever thaggaka, daily water intake ekkuva thesukuni walk or other physical activity unte joint pains ave pothayi, and not to forget at least 8 hrs sleep.

vallu alane join avamantaru a stage lo undo kanuko manu..ct scan lo a level undo adugu..

manchi age lo unte self quarantine tho mostly nayam avali.. 8 tablets per day 8 day course edo estaru..
