The use of cannabis for recreational purposes is prohibited in most countries however, many have adopted a policy of decriminalization to make simple possession a non-criminal offense (often similar to a minor traffic violation). Should be made the same in India as it is abundantly available and not an habit forming or lethal drug. Infact medicinal marijuana should be legalized as it is being used in pain and truama treatments and it doesn’t  side effects  that pain medications have

As long as the Government makes money. In fact marijuana is healthier than nicotine. If nicotine is legal, marijuana should be.

I don't smoke weed, but I bought stocks related to marijuana products (fertilizers, seeds) before they were legal in California. They have been going up since it was made legal. Smart people don't do drugs but make money out of people that do.
