A mix is good but how much are u into this annadhi important here. Young age lo alavatu avthey control kastam and oncr addicted life spoil ayyr chance undi. Pleasure/happiness and addiction ki entho dooram ledhu annadhi I believe. For example I enjoy food and sometimes I get out of control and the result is I become fat.  Drgs ki addict avthey entaa situation ani.
