I think concurrent ga file chesthe you will get receipt for both I140 and I485.. receipt vasthe we are good even if the dates retrogress .. but if you are sending the application to same service center as your EB2 application .. we can file in premium anta

there is no applying EAD .. you have to file AOS (485) along with you have to submit 765 as well I guess.. just 765 cheyalemu
