No perm. 3) In either case eb2 priority date is retained. 4) No premium is available for downgrade. 5) Employee can pay his own fees and lawyer fees legally and employer needs to just sign on the petition documents since it needs employer. 6) Even if your eb3 is denied, eb2 status is unaffected.
