Flat foot runners unnara ikkada? Or over pronators. Vuuu

I use asics kayano

Now using kayano 26 

Expensive but worth it 

I heard hoka one one are good not sure about the pronation issue

I have been using ASICS for last five years and happy with it... high arch issues for me so ASICS working great

I use Hokas even now. Hoka Gaviota is my favorite running shoe of all time. I over pronate somewhat but am also flat footed so hokas seemed very supportive. 

Right now switched back to Asics for a bit but might go back to Hoka again. Hokas are quite expensive that's their main drawback

Entha kattavu Asics ki. I got it for a deal at the outlet mall for $60. Hokas aren't less than $120 these days

If you are serious about running don’t worry about the price... 120 kanna thakkuva lo manchi shoes raavu... 

try different shoes from a running store... kontha mandiki ASICS padavu so try two or three shoes

better try with a running store if it’s your first time running

True but you can sometimes find great deals even for expensive running shoes.

Depends on timing and luck, been running since 2 years so not first time. Every 6 months ki I try to change shoes as I run 6-7 miles 3 days a week so lots of miles on them.
