The suggestion from most members for new runners is vist your local running store. they will check your foot and running form and suggest shoes. you need not buy there, come back home and search online for deals and get them. first time get the original and from second time i started getting previous versions. 

I used Hokka one one Clifton for long runs, and ultra's for short runs( they help me with pace. 

i improved my 5k time from 33 mins to 24.30 over 1 year time. aiming to hit 23 min 5KM.

Nike runners shoes - model gurthuledu.. every year i change shoes... i use running shoes only while running... for regular wear old shoes..
