EB2 to EB3 downgrade - emp says no :(

My emp thinks application to downgrade will reject. 

Attorney  gadu chepindu antha , Downgrade is not that easy ani , What and how every one is trying to do ? 

and also emp says - we need to start 140 again even with no emp change which might take at least 8 to 9 months 

any advice is appreciated

EB3 I140 and 485 can be started concurrently.

Same problem here for me with attorney..i work a multi billion dollar company...they blindly go by attorney decision....em cheyyalem

Same with my employer too. Nothing related to uscis. They just have internal company rules Related to job position requirements that they don't want to break by initiating downgrade.

I have heard Infosys is also leaning towards no downgrade for now. Not confirmed yet.
