EB2 - 2011 December varaku unte dont downgrade...anything beyond that...go for downgrade ..still u will have to wait.in case dates retrogress aite assam..and chances are high.

EB3 - eppudu varaku current unte appudu varaku file chesi dobbandi....they are sure to retrogress in coming bulletins...why miss the boat..

Okavela retrograde ayithe..by when USCIS needs to have our file like if we receive the receipt are we safe like do we still get the EAD? ee process i have doubts. Lets say inka two months italne move ayi okksari 2009 pothe all this process will be wasted?

as USCIS failed on implementing new fees, they will surely not accept the DF dates from next month, USCIS has no incentive accepting aggressive DF dates such as 2015 anymore

regarding downgrade, folks after 2011 are not going to see dates moving ever again for 10 yrs with anti immigration stance in US so widespread,  so called son of immigrant aina gobama time lone anti immigration sentiment was bit high after recession, i will expect things to get even worse, so best case is downgrade and get EAD, one needs to maintain H1 status as well, that is the caveat everyone has to digest, this is better situation than waiting for 10-12 yrs on H1 alone

This downgrade seems to be a scam...don't fall for it. now, they are trying to clog eb3.
