2010 and downgrading aa..decade wait cheyadam valla lost rationality may be

NAdhi Nov 2010 actual ga..Na mundu oka 20k applicants vunnaru and EB3 line empty ga vundhi bagaaaaaaa..BTW i have botld eb3 and Eb2 I140 approved with same employer..

Ikad ajanalu andaru bibatsanga lekkalu vesthunnaru reality ki vache sariki different ga vuntai things..Eb2 chala vunnai pednign vi 2009 inkaa ..My senior who has oct 2009 inka raledhu GC ..still waiting..

each category gets 80K Visas each this FY

EB1 will not use 80K --> EB2 gets 80k + 20K horizontal spillover from EB1 = EB2 100K+

EB3 gets 80K and no additional spillover E anywhere else other than FB, EB3 ROW is current as well just for now, consulates open aite EB3 Row will consume a lot from 80K visas result in lagging as we move into next year

so finally, EB2I will surpass Eb3 in 2nd quarter

Let me correct your calcualtions..Eb1 will get  more spill over from Eb4 and Eb5 because of very less demand from those categories ...Eb1 get god spill over form those categories as well..

 

Eb2 ki bagane vastundhi spill over i agree ..Eb2 current chesadu ROW  avi kuda backlog bagane vunnai ROW lo last year nunchi.Its no that easy to get heavy spill over to iNDia.. Mostly ok 25k to 30k vastadhi max.. .

I been following these bulletins past 12 years and i folllow  past 485, DOL data and I140 inventories too..

 

Main issue is USCIS will waste the numbers once again because of covid, Lack of uscis staff  and Finger prints ,Interview dates dorkatam baga critical ga vutnundhi ee time loo..
