GO is not Law...application of GO cannot be enforced by courts or law.

Issuing the stay order, the bench said the petition before the NGT was that the construction was made in violation of GO 111 issued on March 8, 1996 which was not issued under the statute. This aspect was not considered by the NGT, the bench said. 

The bench said the NGT should have ascertained the cause of action of the dispute. The alleged construction was made in 2015. But the petitioner A. Revanth Reddy moved the NGT on May 30, 2020. This was in conflict with sections 14 (3) of the NGT Act-2010. As per that section, the cause of action should be within six months of the dispute. After that no petition should be entertained, the bench said.

Ori nee GO111 lolli la kodi bokka

GO cannot be implemented uniformly ra ayya...GO cannot stop individual rights directly, at most it can stop registrations and order government departments selectively but application of GO is not as same as Act passes by Legislature..!!! Even courts, they will consider the GO as effective action but Act apply chesinattu cheyaleru...

if GO is everything, why do we need Legitalations man ?

Anna...NGT violation and GO111, both cannot be clubbed as NGT is the law where as 111 is a GO. Court ruling ko. Court observation ki teda vuntadi...accusations ki Convictoon teda vuntadi..
 

Monna vachina cases kotha EMI kadu, they have been there for ever but Govt action teesukoledu anthe...this is nothing new or alarming...Housing and local dwelling ki NGT odu kuda apaledu unless it is sensitive ecosystem, like star turtle ecosystem, Tiger habitat, etc. Simple ga chepalante, Gandepet zone lo new residential colonies ki permissions levu, kani local dwelling can happen...ante village layout anamata...mee oorulo ninnu illu kattukoniyakunda ae law kuda apaledu...a okka point ni patukuni violations ayinayi..
