Consulates are not opening anytime soon with full capacity at least until vaccine is readily available for everyone. Overall immigration will take a hit and good chance for EB to get spillover if your h1b hasn’t been denied yet.

no way of knowing how many ppl are actually downgrading.

i feel very few wont file - those who changed company recently 

any idea whether companies like infy, tcs and wipro are doing dwngrades?
