Few attorneys are saying companies are still allowed to file LCAs based on private agency survey salaries which will still be less compared to new wages.  Not sure if any issues with approvals in that scenario

Nenu cheppina case is against family visa ban which is not likely to be struck down as it is not causing any long term harm. LCA wages were calculated wrongly and  there was no evidence submitted before raising the wage levels. This is very likely to be struck down.
