Applications sent to USCIS with eb3 downgrade (filed as new application) getting returned..only applications with amendments ( swapping eb2 with eb3)are being accepted By USCIS...

No renewal ,stamping issues like h1, less fees, more flexibility to jump jobs, more flexibility even if you lose jobs inbetween, more billing if in contracting, spouse ki work permit
