Only ghmc and revenue department or metro water and sewage board ki aa details thelusthasyie. Builders bribe them and get permission, NOC . It has to stop at that level not consumer level. Don't listen to people who say they will fix everything when they get power . 

Courts are also responsible in this mess , they give indefinite stay orders on encroachments . 

Nijam ga develop chesey vadu basic municipal laws ni implement chestadu like parking space , floor space ratio enforcement , etc . 

Last 40 years gaa not a single leader or party cared about these issues .

In recent past or at least in the last 40 years, Only CM who has seen such kind of floods was in 2001....No other CM since 1980's has seen such kind of flood.

Unfortunately CBN after experiencing such a flooding situation, as usual did nothing and claimed everything for developing city. In the same way, CBN should also take maximum blame for mishandling the system.

Even after 2001 floods, all that CBN did was to regularize the illegally occupied lands. Ashoknagar, Ramanthapur, Golnaka etc areas were completely submerged but did CBN take any action ? Instead all that this greatest visionary from banana land did was to regularize illegally occupied tanks and nana's

CBN started the concept of regularizing illegally occupied land  which was followed by Congress and now KCR.

After 2001 floods, CBN was CM for three years and his contribution for destruction of Hyderabad is impeccable, Only Amaravati comes closed to the scale of destruction.
