Single family home begins at $480k which is not even in Morrisville or Cary area. Desis unde area lo its ~$600k. So think wisely. If you are on H1b make sure to check your new wage levels.

Correct, North and east facing and new construction untae chalu.. not even bothering if it is $500k or $600k. Most of them doing two jobs.. since 80% H1b home owners are WFH. 1 legal second job illegal.

yea bhaaaga chepppav.... but weather sucks bro.. who said better ani... same as east coast a.. and more over zero infra maintenance.. snow padithe evvvad clean cheyyad... no weekend life... all desi desi weekened meet anthe...

better to stay in DC MD VA..... 2-3 hrs can go NY NJ..lots of places to have fun... moreover airport hub...
