Is Tax transcript mandatory for I485?(EB2-EB3 downgrade)

Hi friends,

I ordered IRS tax transcript to be mailed but it got lost somewhere in transit.Now my attorney is saying it is a mandatory document to file Adjustment of status.Is it correct?Are there any other alternatives?

CPA can give tax returns but attorney is asking tax transcripts which only IRS can provide

Not all attorney's are asking for tax transcripts and tax returns are fine. ltt

CPA will give similar transcript after tax filing which is acceptable.

1040 is fine ani cheparu if yiu don't have transcripts
