This issue is not related to election results immediately, first Biden has to come to power and then he needs to decide the rescind the EOs by passing alternate EOs which will take 6 months to 1 year at least so we are looking at next year end.

but currently there are 3 law suits filed on the DHs and DOL rules and more will be filed in the next 2 to 3 weeks. Best case scenario before end of November Courts will strike down DOL and DHS rules. worst case scenario sometime in January but either way striking down both the rules is guaranteed, it’s just a matter of time.
