I moved from employer A. to employer B just 6 months back and say after 2 years if my final action dates becomes current and then i join my employer A lets say 6 months before FAD becomes current can he file my I-485 ? No, if the purpose of work is to get money, then you're working to get paid. If the purpose of work is the with itself, then you get paid for the work you do, because the latter case, working is more important than getting paid. Quote

First nunchi FTEs aithe you would become a psycho.....especially if you grow within the same company. I am all for FTE....it has lot of benefits ...especially if you have a family. You can have career growth as a contractor as well provided you have a Green Card. If you want to become a team lead, apply team jobs. IF you want to become manager, apply manager jobs. You will lose some interviews...but don't be afraid to fail. Within 3 months you can become a manager if you really wanted to. Quote
