Developer nunchi Sr developer or team lead.  Architect, principle engineer, manager ee roles contractors ki ivvaru kada mostly.

Lot of people ignore the benefits in ftes. just base compare chesukuntaru emo. 

Bonus, 401k, rsus, espp anni add chesi choosthey financially kooda fte will be better than contracting

Add peace of mind, if u know u r performing well...

base pay takkuva unna...a migita benfits kosame sticking with current employer for past 10 yrs..

if they allow. i am willing to work and retire at same company. sSa_j@il
